What is your return policy?

We cannot offer returns as every order is custom made.  However, if for any reason your item is damaged, please contact us via email with photo evidence. 

How long will shipping take?

Current turnaround is 10-14 days.

Your wait time may even be less than this!  As soon as your custom item(s) have been completed, we will send it/them as soon as they are ready, via Royal Mail Tracked.
